Sharon Strickland-Clark is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Foundation (ICF) and is currently working towards Master Certified Coach (MCC) having accumulated over 2000 hours of professional coaching.
Sharon has had over 20 years’ leadership experience in both the voluntary and events sectors and has led teams of between 2 and 60 people across a wide variety of structural and cultural environments.
Sharon is sought after by teams that are looking to align and collaborate within all areas of the business and is particularly valued for her insights and intuition. She is passionate about helping people to bring more of their potential into all areas of their lives and brings a hybrid of coaching and mentoring to support leaders at all levels.
When Sharon isn’t walking the family dog or chasing around after three teenagers, she can be found either challenging herself in the pool or replenishing in the local spa.
