Nigel was born in Zambia and educated in both South Africa and the U.K. Over the past 30 years, he has built an international career in HR leadership and Talent Management, in sectors including FMCG, automotive, IT, and diversified industrials.
Nigel spent 17 years with Honeywell Inc., a $35 billion Fortune 100 organisation, where he held senior HR leadership roles across multiple global business divisions. In his final role with Honeywell, he served as EMEA Talent and Learning Director, leading the region’s talent strategy and leadership development initiatives for a workforce of over 25,000 employees across 28 countries.
Nigel subsequently transitioned into a portfolio career, offering leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic HR consultancy. His coaching approach is informed by deep corporate experience and formal training—he completed a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching through Henley Business School in 2022.
Outside of work, Nigel enjoys getting out into the countryside, where you are likely to find him either exploring new places with his wife Lesley, or riding his mountain bike. Nigel is also a water sports enthusiast, regularly spending time in his kayak or paddleboarding.
