Louise has been facilitating for more than 20 years. Starting out as a professional dancer, she travelled the world and obtained a fantastic understanding of becoming a powerful communicator, influencer and ultimately a motivator to people.
She has used her own experience of leadership to support and nurture people new to people management and established leaders to refine and adapt their style to consistently changing environments.
Recently, Louise has been involved in a global project that seeks to support the gender diversity gap. She has successfully delivered this to over 300 senior women across the UK, New York, India and Asia.
