Adrian Towell
With over twenty years’ experience of working with people to support behavioural change, Adrian has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to back this up.
His facilitative style is pragmatic focusing on what happens in the real world, challenging (in a positive way!) and focusing on the immediate application in the working environment. Adrian is excellent at building the link between the ‘what’ and the ‘how’.
Areas of expertise include self management and leading others to include coaching, communication skills and emotional intelligence. Adrian is also a qualified practitioner of the JCA Emotional Intelligence Profiling which he both links into group based workshops and one-to-one coaching.
Outside of people development he takes great pleasure in his garden and the occasional round of golf.
