Anthony Donovan LLB (Law) Hons Chartered MCIPD

Anthony is a graduate of Law and a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Anthony spent ten years working within the recruitment industry for Reed, both as a Sales Manager and later as a Training Manager at the Reed Business School.  During this period, Anthony designed a unique development programme for Recruitment Consultants, which was accredited by Royal Holloway University of London and recognised with a National Training Award.   Anthony then went on to design and deliver Management Development programmes, again gaining recognition with a National Training Award.

Anthony left the recruitment industry in 2005 to successfully launch Donovan Training Associates.  Specialising in the fields of Management Development, Sales and Self Development programmes, Anthony has worked as an Associate for several Training Providers and a wide variety of Organisations including:

Mike offers a wealth of knowledge and experience gained over a period of more than 30 years in management development, both in the UK and overseas.

Mike has designed and implemented training strategies here in the UK, and South Africa, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and The Czech Republic.

Mike specialises in the writing and delivery of management development programmes to both junior and senior management, and is also a qualified psychometric analyst
